Why I Did Hot Remove Accountant General -Umahi

The Executive Governor of Ebonyi State, last week Tuesday, July 7"' sheded light on why he has not removed the Accountant General of Ebonyi State, Chief Edwin Igbele who is considered to be his predesessors close ally.

Governor Umahi pointed out however that following the allegations leveled against him by the then governor and his oronies, which even formed the bulk of message of labour party's campaign during the rallies that if he is given Ebonyi State that he will sell it, or mortgage it to get money from those outside the State, he has allowed the Accountant General to still be there so as to report to his master ex-Governor Elechi when the state under Engr. Umahi would be sold.
