stealing.Police Prosecutor Sgt Caleb leranmo, told that accused committed the offense  on September 8 at about 10am at dallimore street Edo Ekiti.
He alleged that the accused unlawfully stole #20000 which belong to his wife.According to him, the offence contravened Section 390(a) of the criminal code, cap c16, vol.1, laws of Ekiti state 2012.
The accused pleaded not guilty while his councel, Mr Tunde Falade, prayer the court to grant him bail.Chief Magistrate Aderopo Adegboye granted the bail for #10000 and one surety in like sum.
