Motorist Shutdown on the dual carriage

Motorists in Ebonyi State have been banned from applying the dual carriage way as a result of the incidents that happened Thursday last week when armed rubbers killed a police officer and injured a civil defense man while escaping from a rubbery attach.

As a result, not less than 2,000 bikes have been arrested and charged to pay the sum of 5k into the state Bank Account before their bike be released.
Bike owners laments saying no information was made public before the arrest was made. That there are not aware of the ban on the dual carriage way.
Others say that there were arrested for no cause. That there are not even on the dual carriage way when arrested.
